The red wine Bramasole Cortona DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery La Braccesca has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark ruby purple colour. Nose of candle wax, incense, ripe cherries and ripe blackberries, plus cedar and resin. Opens on the palate with great fruit expression, compact texture and well-integrated use of wood, with delicate malty components, finishing punchy and slightly grippy.
