The red wine Bramasole Syrah Cortona DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery La Braccesca has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Deep dark purple. Initially somewhat restrained on the nose, with hints of beet, blackcurrant and fine oak, plus subtle smoky tones, with an aftertaste of clay and candle wax. Very hearty on the palate, with beautiful juiciness and clearly pronounced fruit, sunny, with a delicately perceptible use of wood in the finish. Can age a little longer.
