On the nose notes of dried fig, black cherry and dates. In addition, hints of caramel, some pepper and tobacco. The palate is surprisingly elegant, fresh acidity and subtle texture. Aroma of confit as well as fresh wild berries and caramel. Fine-grained tannin, long finish.
