This has a dark ruby colour. There are intense dark fruit aromas on the nose, with dried plum, blackberry, warm spicy notes, and some cinnamon and tobacco. It is medium-bodied on the palate, very harmonious, with a ripe acidity, again a distinctive spiciness, and very fine noticeable tannins. It lingers for a long time.
