Tasting from 14.07.2021: Gerhild Burkard, Valentine Mühlberger

Very restrained fragrance. Melon, citrus zest, lime blossom and a touch of fresh garden herbs. Salty, slender on the palate with well-integrated acidity, everything finely structured. Delicate smoky aromas at the end. Good substance.
