Tasting from 31.05.2016: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

The aroma of cold campfire, anchovies and dark chocolate is reminiscent of a sprawling wooden barrel. Confit tomatoes. Taste characterized by a distinctly fruity sweetness with a cooked, yet not very expressive aroma. Lingers on the palate with sweet vanilla. Type: Generic overseas wine.

More about the tasting

We have long wondered what kind of drink this is. We would like to believe that it is made from grapes. It smells daringly of peat, forest honey, cold smoke, beet and, again, ash. However, its taste is sobering because it tastes sweet like cranberries and raspberries on the one hand and sour like unripe plums and oranges on the other.
