More about the tastingWe have long wondered what kind of drink this is. We would like to believe that it is made from grapes. It smells daringly of peat, forest honey, cold smoke, beet and, again, ash. However, its taste is sobering because it tastes sweet like cranberries and raspberries on the one hand and sour like unripe plums and oranges on the other.
