Ripe black cherry, white pepper, menthol overtones. Very dense on the palate with mellow, fleshy tannin and a viscous-oiliness integrated into a complete whole. Fine acidity and deep tactile minerality gives tension. Immensely young with at least 20 years ageing potential.
