Tasting Notes
Fine smoky notes over notes of lemon peel, apple peels, small green pears, powder and flint. Soft on the palate with a relatively encompassing volume, tight acidity, fine phenolics, naturally dry, a fine chalky minerality, with medium complexity.
More about the tastingStill very closed on the nose. Almond. Spicy lime notes with air contact, notes of polenta. Juicy on the palate, mealy, fine phenolics, body and acidity are seamlessly integrated, tactile-mineral notes and body hold a long plateau phase. Not a fat vintage type, rather balanced and fresh.
