Luminous golden yellow with bright reflections. Appealing robust nose of honey, dried pear, yeast and bread crust, an inviting bouquet. Tight and juicy on the palate with a vivid mousse and well-integrated acidity, as well as candied orange and lemon, it finishes complex and long.
