Brilliant silver-grey with a persistent mousse. Fresh grapefruit, pink peach and pink apple on the nose, with an iced tea aftertaste. Very fresh and well-balanced on the palate, showing a beautiful arc of tension, both floral and fragrant, balanced and clear.
