Reductive fragrance, bitter almond. Needs air and then reacts positively: with aromas ranging from apple peel to salty licorice. Full-bodied on the palate: extract and a slight viscosity with ripe acidity and fine mousseux. Very dry, but not acidic. Interesting varietal aromas on the finish: more mineral than apple.
