Very light, bright pale yellow with silver reflections. Yeasty nose with hints of green apple, bread crust and butter croissant, reminiscent of bottle fermentation. Pointed and bold on the palate with a clearly present acidity, then lots of juiciness and tension paired with minerality and lime fruit, inviting you to drink.
