Light greenish yellow, silver reflections. Fresh bouquet, light touch of apple fruit and some spices, hint of cardamom, some Cape gooseberry and blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, fine acidity, tight-knit, mineral, balanced, tropical fruit notes in the finish. Remains very well lasting, a complex food wine with certain ageing potential.
