Bright white gold with silver reflections. A smoky nose, with yeasty notes, fresh herbal spicy tarragon and lemon balm, a hint of kiwi. Compact on the palate, with a fine-pearled mousse, animating acidity and a subtle sweetness. A versatile food wine with good length and mineral undertones.
