Silvery, bright white gold. Appealing aromas of citrus fruit, apple, herbal-spicy tones with hints of lardo. Lots of juiciness on the palate with delicate acidity, dark minerality from wet slate, full-bodied and firm, very fine mousse. Underlines the mineral character in the slightly tart finish. Very versatile.
