The spicy Muscat aroma is opulent, with a distinctly perfumed flavour. On the palate, it is a harmonious, slightly sweet, rounded sparkling wine, animating and light-hearted, with a semi-dry flavour. A Pet Nat of the accessible kind. Perfect with a sponge cake on a Sunday afternoon.
