Rich, bright straw yellow colour. Ripe, multi-layered aromas of buttercream, Williams pear, dried apple, acacia blossom and a hint of fresh toast. Creamy texture on the palate, with a subtle, fine-pearled mousse and a lively, juicy acidity. Harmonious, long finish with elegant hints of almond paste and juicy citrus fruit. Ideal for drinking.
