Tasting from 14.10.2011

Medium greenish yellow. Inviting ripe yellow tropical fruit on the nose, white flowers, nuances of quince, but also cooked rhubarb, fine honey note. Juicy, opulent body, fine milk caramel, delicate residual sweetness, fine nougat touch on the finish, shows good length, a powerful food companion, medium length, the alcohol dominates a little on the finish.
