Tasting Notes

Tasting from 18.04.2014

Delicately undercoated dark ruby garnet, fine watery rim. Intense bouquet of essential oils, licorice, candied orange zest, mint and cassis, some bitter chocolate and precious wood spice, very multi-faceted. Powerful, juicy, pleasant extract sweetness, silky texture, very well integrated tannins, sweet black berry fruit in the aftertaste, lots of licorice on the finish, somewhat opulent in the finale, shows an incredible amount of fruit sweetness and chocolate, sure maturity potential.
