Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.10.2011

Medium carmine garnet, broad ochre rim. Typical cherry and raspberry aromas on the nose, delicate herbal spice, subtle floral nuances, smoky chocolate notes. Medium complexity, round and balanced, fine extract sweetness, some nougat, violets in the aftertaste, clear varietal typicity, already very drinkable.
