Tasting Notes

90
Tasting from 14.10.2011

Dark ruby garnet, opaque core, delicate watery rim. Leafy nuances on the nose, some cocoa, black forest berry confit, delicate hints of mulberries, balsamic spice, delicate ethereal background. Elegant on the palate, charming and balanced, subtle sweetness, well-integrated tannins that still need more time, powerful, finely spiced food companion, chocolaty finish.
