Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 13.10.2016: Ulrich Sautter

Archetypal "morgonning", spicy wild cherry fruit, almost animal, but still clear and spicy instead of washed out, amazing creaminess for the vintage, homogeneous tannin-mineral complex, silky pressure building on the palate, long and homogeneous, early present, complex finish spice, medium length, but a mineral finish. Very well integrated acidity.
