The red wine Baudana Barolo DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Luigi Baudana has been rated in 2018 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Piedmont in Italy.
Powerful, intense ruby red with a slight lightening on the rim. Layered and complex nose of rose petals, dried raspberries and some liquorice, very inviting. Elegant palate with a shy drive, but expands as it progresses, becoming powerful with gripping tannins and ending on a long finish.
