The red wine Prugnanello Rosso di Montepulciano DOC, vintage 2020 from the winery Lunadoro has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, dark ruby red. Initially displays very slight reduction on the nose, then wild strawberries and fresh cherries, with a slight aftertaste of violets and blood orange marmalade. Taut acidity and youthful red berry fruit on the medium-bodied palate, becomes loosely knit on the finish.
