Tasting Notes
White pepper and red cherry have just a hint of toast and leather on the nose. A lovely notion of peony completes the picture. The palate comes in with more of that tender cherry fruit but all is carried in a subtly oaky frame of smoothness and gentleness. This is elegant, rounded and almost emollient, pervaded by ripe cherry and pristine, floral freshness in equal measure. A.K.
