Tasting from 25.11.2025: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

A hint of gold in the color. Very peppery on the nose, clearly defined by lime, subtly floral, but above all terroir-spicy. The wine is juicy on the palate, developing a great arc of tension, with a restrained dosage and fine autolysis spice underneath the piquant acidity. On the one hand, the structure is powerful and intense, on the other almost slender, yet elegant and focused. Juiciness and bite culminate on the finish, with fine terroir notes alongside the yeasty spice.
