Tasting from 25.11.2025: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach

Grapey on the nose, archetypal Champagne, small red berries, nougat, yeast, hay, increasingly chalky tones with aeration in the glass. The palate texture shows an initially brisk mousseux, which then turns into an almost silky texture, plenty of juiciness and a subtle dosage behind elegant acidity. A champagne with the freshness but also the complexity of maturity.
