The red wine Crozes-Hermitage Vieilles Vignes, vintage 2019 from the winery Maison Tardieu-Laurent has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter, Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Anne Krebiehl with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Syrah from the region Côtes du Rhône in France.
On the nose, there are notes of nougat, dried orange peel, yellow cherry, cress and thyme. The wine is quite powerful on the palate, but remains nuanced, with fine tannins and clear mineral notes add drive, the alcohol is just as well-integrated as the acidity, the wine dissolves juicily and has a very good length.
