Tasting Notes
Very closed on the nose at first with light aromas of freshly cut hedges, lemongrass and liquorice. With time in the glass, however, it heads in a spicy direction, showing cinnamon and Assam pepper. On the palate it is weighty, immediately lively and expressive. There's a light wood-influence, a firm acid backbone, a direct juiciness, good density and an immensely tight youthfulness.
