Citrus zest, kumquat and nectarine on the nose, plus honeysuckle, sage blossom, white flowers, fine brioche and biscuit as well as spicy notes. Intensely effervescent on the palate with crisp, fresh acidity, balanced by a measured dosage. Lots of citrus freshness and yellow fruit, with a fine yeast flavour on the finish. A gripping, invigorating crémant - both on its own and as an accompaniment to food.
