The white wine Eichhorn Pinot Bianco Südtirol DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Manincor has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Weißburgunder from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
It has a bright and intense straw yellow colour. There is a complex and multi-layered nose of ripe candied citrus fruit, accompanied by a subtle fumé, light stone fruit, and with a minimal aftertaste of sealing wax. It is vivid and lively on the palate, and radiates a lot of energy on the mid-palate. It is precise, juicy, long, and is a delicious wine.
