Tasting Notes
Brilliant dark ruby red. Very ripe plums and cherries on the nose, strongly peppery and savoury, with a clear animalistic component that adds dimension. Full-bodied on the palate with warm-hearted, dark fruit, opens up nicely, then becomes very grippy in the finish, its own style.
