Tasting Notes
Deep dark, rich ruby red. Predominantly earthy tones on the nose, slightly alcoholic, preserved cherries, dark chocolate, leather. Very tannic on the palate, with plenty of acidity and tannins, earthy, rustic, very grippy on the finish, best to aerate before drinking to smoothen its edges.
