Inviting, intense ruby, sparkles. Finely marked nose with notes of cassis and blackberry, warm and appealing, underpinned by fine chocolate. Compact and dense on the palate, rich, dark berry fruit, opens with vivid, dense tannin, builds with rich drive, long finish, but still seems a bit raw.
