The white wine Cervaro della Sala Umbria Bianco IGT, vintage 2020 from the winery Marchesi Antinori has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points.
Bright, pale straw yellow with pale green notes. Initially quite playful on the nose of banana, peach and mango, then becomes increasingly complex, some flint and aniseed. Juicy on the palate, shows beautiful yellow fruit notes, racy, well-integrated acidity, gives liveliness, subtle smoky notes on the finish, salty, still appears very young.
