Tasting Notes
Rich, sparkling ruby violet; surprisingly cool nose with aromas of violets, fine chocolate notes, some rum pot, fine spicy notes in the background; lots of concentrated fruit in the attack, builds up nicely, densely structured tannin, very long finish, ends finely with dark chocolate.
