Tasting Notes
Sparkling, intense ruby with light garnet. Finely drawn, very intense nose, fully ripe cherries, some sandalwood and cardamom, some earthy notes in the background. Hearty on the palate, opens with grippy tannins, beautiful fruit at the beginning, but also shows many woody notes at the back, slightly coffee-like, somewhat brittle, still needs ageing.
