Tasting Notes
Marie-Thérèse Chappaz is the queen of sweet wines. This bottling was vinified from the Valais variety Petite Arvine and has a light amber colour. The aroma is reminiscent of truffles, fine honey, cloves and sultana concentrate. As soon as it hits the palate, the flavours explode with such intensity that you need some time to take it all in. Ginger concentrate, honey, candied apricot and dates can all be recognised. Intense and opulent from the first to the last drop. Nevertheless, there is a juicy freshness that makes this sweet elixir appear extremely youthful despite its age. Rarity. (100 % Botrytis.).
