Pale straw yellow; gripping, complex, subtly spicy bouquet, wet stone, promises depth; taut, powerful attack on the palate, straightforward, compact, discreet carbonic acid alongside citrusy tartaric acid; energetic, slightly bitter, mineral finish. Still a very youthful, puristic Fendant that needs to mature.
