Dark amber. Bouquet is restrained but fine-smelling and sophisticated, signs of first maturity, notes of citrus, dried fruit, mocha, caramel, malt, marzipan, dates, toasted aromas. On the palate juicy acidity, perfectly integrated sweetness, some astringency, great aromatic density. Approaching the climax.
