Tasting Notes
Delicately shimmering straw yellow. Opens on aromas of the finest meadow herbs, then acacia and bergamot, then rich yellow apple on the second sip. The attack is lively, the mousse is quite explosive, with broad shoulders, clear, opens up again at the end to pome fruit, with a salty finish.
More about the tastingClear white with a strong, persistent mousse. Expressive nose of fresh peach, white flowers and some apple. Balanced on the palate with a fine interplay between fruit expression and acidity. The wine has good length and finishes very juicy and fresh.
