Fresh, complex and clear in the fragrance: citrus peel, mint, lemon lemon balm, black pepper. Full-bodied palate, not overbearing in alcohol, with texture and ripe acidity, with very good extract and trenchant, mineral components showing on finish. Stylish, gastronomic wine, perfect with langoustines.
