Tasting Notes
Bright, flint ruby red with a shimmering core. Fine, fragrant nose of wild strawberries, blood oranges, sugared raspberries, light savouriness. Very juicy and clear on the palate, shows polished fruit, medium-bodied, the tannins remain in the background, after a little time fine mint, then flattens out a little in the finish, minimally dry finish.
