It has a shimmering, dark ruby red colour. There is a complex nose of ripe cherry, milk chocolate, bitter almond, as well as dried rose petal and raspberry confit. It is polished and dense on the palate, opening with tightly woven tannins. It is full of tension, and is juicy, long, elegant, with an impressive finish.
