The red wine Cardum Riserva Südtirol DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Max Thurner - Perlhof has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Merlot from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Dense, dark ruby red colour. Elegant aroma of grilled bell peppers, juicy black cherries, sandalwood and leather. Velvety on the palate initially, with plenty of fruit and firm tannins, becoming somewhat bitter on the finish.
