Balsamic spice emerges from the glass, notes of spontaneous fermentation, red apple, curry and orange blossom. On the palate, the wine has an almost inconspicuous nature, the extract is presented in a very relaxed manner, acidity and tactile minerality carry the wine without making much fuss about it, a layer of smoothness suggests that it is not far to the late harvest genre.
