On the nose, notes of spontaneous fermentation, slightly yeasty, herbal, apple peel, hop blossom, coriander seed and yellow stone fruit. On the palate, the emphasis is on the lively mineral aspects, savoury slate notes and a maritime salty nuance, taut and linear with pure Ruwer acidity.
