The white wine »Maximin« Riesling feinherb, vintage 2023 from the winery Maximin Grünhaus – Weingut der Familie von Schubert has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
On the nose, aromas of candied lemon peel, preserved apricot, a little eucalyptus and a stony minerality. Fresh acidity on the palate, balanced sweetness-acidity ratio, fine phenolics notes with a beautiful salinity from the terroir.
