The white wine »Alte Reben« Riesling trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Mehrlein has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Rheingau in Germany.
Multi-layered nose with ripe stone fruit, papaya and peach, spice, also darker notes, bay leaf. Juicy and deep. On the palate there is nice spice and texture; well balanced, the elements are well integrated, lean and yet intense.
