The red wine Cavaliere Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Michele Satta has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Shiny garnet red with a shimmering core. On the nose blueberry, preserved plum, dates, clove, also a little meaty tone. On the palate it is supple with fine-grained tannin, powerful but polished in the body, with plenty of texture and persistence, lots of energy on the palate on the finish.
